Shipping policy

How we ship

Beihug ships from two places depending on the product, and we tell you which is which on every product page.

AU domestic shipping (selected products)

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days to AU metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra). Regional areas may take 5–10 business days.
  • Tracking: provided via Australia Post or local courier as soon as the order ships.
  • Cost: AU$8.95 flat rate. Free for orders over AU$50.

International shipping (selected products)

Some accessories ship from carefully selected overseas suppliers. 

  • Standard delivery: 10–18 business days to Australia.
  • Tracking: provided once the shipment leaves the origin warehouse. Tracking events update slower than AU domestic.
  • Cost: included in the product price. No surprise fees at checkout.
  • Customs / duties: covered in the product price for all orders to Australia. You will not be charged additional fees on delivery.

Mixed orders

If your order contains both AU-domestic and international products, items will ship separately and you’ll receive two tracking numbers. Each item arrives in its own timeframe — we don’t hold AU items waiting for the international ones.

Order processing

  • Orders placed before 2pm Sydney time on a business day are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are processed the next business day.
  • Public holidays may add 1 business day to processing.

What to do if your order is late

If your order hasn’t arrived within the timeframe above, please email us with your order number. We track every order and will chase the courier on your behalf.

For international orders running more than 35 business days late from the date the order was processed, we offer a replacement or full refund — you choose. No questions.

Address changes

If you entered the wrong address, email us within 1 hour of placing the order and we’ll update it. After 1 hour, the order is usually in the supplier’s system and changes aren’t possible — in that case we’ll work with you on a redirect or reshipment but shipment costs will be at customer cost, sorry.
